How to Watch and Listen - #15 Auburn vs Samford

Morning games, whatever shall we do??

With games like these, it’s nice to get things out of the way early. Auburn’s got a 99.9% chance to win this game, and the only terrible thing that could really happen would be watching Bo Nix or Derrick Brown go down with an injury that would keep them out of the Iron Bowl.

It’ll be important to keep the guys in a good rhythm (which may have been part of our problem against Georgia) as they head into the Alabama game. The plan for this one is simple. Get a large lead, bring in the backups. There’s a 100% chance of rain on Saturday, so I imagine we’ll get a little precipitation that precipitates the need to utilize the running game.

With no viable backup quarterback, Bo doesn’t need to have a situation where he’s practicing the two-minute drill at the end of the half up by five scores. Build the lead and let him go watch from the bench. The passing game may be a little scarce anyway if it’s a monsoon. Then we can all get inside after an easy win and turn our attention toward the Iron Bowl.
