The Tigers lose one of their top ranked recruits
So much for the positive buzz huh?
Tonight, Auburn’s 2021 recruiting suffered a major blow as 4-star RB Armoni Goodwin announced he’s reopening his recruitment.

Goodwin was Auburn’s first commitment of the 2021 class choosing the Tigers back in May of 2019 before his junior season. He was Carnell Williams’s first major recruiting win as Auburn’s new running back coach.
There’s no sugar coating this loss. Goodwin is arguably the best running back in this class and would make for an elite weapon to pair with Tank Bigsby next season. Now the Tigers are left without a running back and a class down to 12 commits that is ranked #11 in the SEC.
