
Auburn commit Owen Pappoe, a 5-star linebacker from suburban Atlanta, has another season of high school football to play, but he's already made an Iron Bowl prediction.
And it's a bold prediction.
"We're going to go 4-0 against them," Pappoe told FOX 5 Atlanta, a TV station, after making his commitment.

Alabama has won seven of the last 10 Iron Bowls, although Auburn won 26-14 last year. Alabama has shut out Auburn twice in the last decade.

Auburn hasn't won consecutive Iron Bowls since winning six straight from 2002-07.

Pappoe, the nation's No. 8 recruit from Grayson (Ga.) High in Loganville, Georgia, became the centerpiece of Auburn's 2019 clas when he committed to Auburn last week. The 6-foot, 209-pounder. known as "The Freak," picked Auburn over Georgia and Tennessee.
