Movement around the Tigers, but Auburn stays still.
Another Monday, another new AP Poll in college basketball.

Auburn remained at #8 after an easy week that included just one 99-49 win over Saint Peter’s on Wednesday night at Auburn Arena. This week should give the Tigers a little more of a boost, with UNC Asheville visiting tomorrow night before Dayton comes to town on Saturday night.
Here’s the rest of the top ten:
- Gonzaga
- Kansas
- Duke
- Virginia
- Michigan
- Nevada
- Tennessee
- Auburn
- Kentucky
- Michigan State
The biggest mover was Michigan, as the Wolverines have been fantastic early on this season. They beat North Carolina handily in the ACC/Big Ten Challenge, and are 8-0 with wins over Villanova and Purdue as well. The SEC got three teams in the top ten with Tennessee, Auburn, and Kentucky all in a neat little group there from 7-9, and the only other SEC team left in the rankings is Mississippi State at #22 with a 6-1 record. MSU got a scare on the road against Dayton on Friday night, trailing most of the game before coming back to win late, so Saturday won’t be easy for the Tigers as the Flyers visit Auburn Arena.
