Of the 13 former Alabama high school players who have rushed for at least 2,000 yards in the NFL, six of them were playing in the 1981 season. From 1975 through 1992, at least two of them were active. But only one of those 13 players has carried the ball in an NFL game in the past decade - none in the past six seasons.
