Detroit Lions defensive tackle Nick Fairley carried the designation of questionable on this week's NFL injury report because of a biceps injury. But the Green Bay Packers offense has the questions after Fairley sparked the Lions to a 19-7 victory over their NFC North rivals on Sunday.
