'Half a season would be optimistic' for Carl Lawson's return, Auburn's Ellis Johnson says

The typical recovery for an ACL surgery is 6-9 to months. Lawson, who was injured in one of Auburn's final spring practices of the season, underwent surgery on May 1 after two weeks to allow the swelling to subside.
