Twenty less artistic minutes remained, but Auburn's 43-10 halftime advantage essentially decided the outcome early in Saturday's 77-41 victory over Troy at Auburn Arena.
"That's probably as good of a first half as I can remember," Pearl said. "We were firing on all cylinders. Every offensive possession was clean and it looked like we knew what we were doing. Defensively, we were disruptive."
