It’s a Texas-sized showdown in a title game rematch!
It’s the game of the weekend around the country, and all eyes will be turned toward Arlington, Texas on Saturday night. Auburn meets Oregon in a rematch of the 2011 BCS National Championship Game, where the Tigers defeated the Ducks 22-19 on the back of Michael Dyer’s huge night, and Wes Byrum’s walk-off field goal.
We get the royal treatment for game number one, with Chris Fowler and Kirk Herbstreit on the television call, but you’re going to want to hit the mute button on this one.
Instead, tune into the Auburn Sports Network radio broadcast on your local station, or the free TuneIn app if you’re out of the terrestrial listening area. It’ll be the debut for Andy Burcham as Voice of the Tigers, taking over for Rod Bramblett in the wake of his tragic passing.
