Former NFL general manager Bill Polian used Cody Parkey to support his contention the Cleveland Browns tried to lose during the 2016 season, referring to the former Auburn place-kicker as a player with "no track record at all" even though Parkey has been a Pro Bowler and holds the NFL's rookie scoring record.
