Auburn finished the regular season with a slew of injured players. However, Gus Malzahn told the press today that Auburn Quarterback Sean White appeared to be back to 100 percent. In fact, most of the injured players should be ready for the Sugar Bowl. The lone exception being senior defensive tackle Devaroe Lawrence who had to undergo surgery this week.
The Auburn head coach addressed several topics in his press conference following the Tigers’ first practice for their January 2nd date with Oklahoma. Malzahn also commented on the rumors that DB coach Wesley McGriff may be hired by Ole Miss as well the commitments this week from Jarrett Stidham, the nation’s No.1 JUCO quarterback and Salvatore Cannella, the No. 2 JUCO tight end.
