How to Watch Auburn vs Ole Miss Live Online, Time, TV Schedule, and More

All the information you need for tonight's game.

The Tigers take on the Rebels, tonight. There are all sorts of statistical and historical reasons to believe Auburn will win this one. There are also practical reasons like the strength of the Tigers in the trenches and Ole Miss' run defense. However, Ole Miss has been a much better team at home, so there's plenty of reason not to feel like Auburn is going to win this one going away.

That being said, things do look good for Auburn.

When The Tigers Have The Ball

Ole Miss' defensive backs are talented, but a few of them were forced into duty before they were really ready due to injuries. It's possible Auburn could attempt to throw the football in this one to take advantage of that.

But, then, you have Ole Miss' defense being statistically worse than Arkansas' against the run and Auburn will have Kerryon Johnson back on top of Bubba Pettway. Auburn is going to run the ball. A lot.

When Ole Miss Has The Ball

The Rebels don't have much of a ground game outside of Chad Kelly himself, so the Tigers could start out with their ears pinned back and intending to rush the quarterback heavily. They can't discount Kelly's passing talent and the corps of talented pass-catchers he has to throw to.

Ole Miss' offensive line is a bit banged up, and they may start a backup tackle against Carl Lawson, which... yeeeeah, that doesn't bode well for them. Then again, maybe that backup will turn out to be a real game-time performer. Still, I think Auburn is going to go after Kelly hard and attempt to ensure he never has time to get into any rhythm. The DBs are going to have to be very good against the deep ball and the linebackers will have to particularly mark Evan Engram, one of the best tight ends in the nation.
