Track ‘Em Tigers Ready For Football Season

13408616-mmmain

With just under two weeks till Auburn opens against Clemson, the staff here at Track ‘Em Tigers are getting excited about the 2016 season. Consequently, we’ve taken the opportunity to change our weekly lineup for covering Auburn Football.

As usual our week will begin on Mondays with an editorial from our Publisher, Jay Coulter. Jay is starting his twelfth year blogging about Auburn Football. His column is always insightful and thought provoking. Even before I joined the TET staff, I never missed a Coulter article, and I still look forward to them today. For my money, he’s the best in the business.

Of course Zach Taylor will keep a close eye on the recruiting scene but Zach loves to write about all Auburn sports – especially football. His weekly column will appear on Monday afternoons. Knowing Zach, we can expect he’ll be contributing various stories at other times throughout the month as well.

Tuesday mornings will be covered by yours truly with WarEagle3020 bringing us the latest on the TET/Yahoo College Football Pick’em Contest on Tuesday evenings. If you haven’t registered for your chance to win the Golden Bo Award, now would be a good time to do so, here’s the link on how to get started.

We’re also glad to say that Sullivan013 a.k.a. Pat Sullivan (not No.7) and Cole Locascio will be returning for another season. As a college student, Cole brings a fresh perspective to the forum while Pat is a wizard with statistical analysis. Cole’s column will appear on Wednesday mornings with Pat following him Wednesday afternoon.

Due to new responsibilities in his real job, Pat’s Dirty Dozen opponent analysis may not appear as often this season. However, we still expect every week to receive some of Pat’s excellent takes on happenings at Auburn and around college football in general. His articles are always clever and intelligently written.

If your a regular here at TET, you probably noticed the column ‘From The Eagle’s Nest’ returned this past week. Many of our readers have said they have missed the popular column. Now they can look forward to reading the witticism and satire of Derrick Roberts every Friday morning.

Of course, our authors WarEagle3020, Michael Val, and MyAuburn, will chime in from time to time with additional articles just as I will.

Finally, we feel there is just no one better at game previews and unit breakdowns than our own Acid Reign, who will give us his game sneak peeks on Thursdays. Acid will also be hosting TET’s Open Thread on game days followed by his post-game wrap up and breakdowns on Sundays.

We are all excited about the new season and can hardly wait to get it underway. On behalf of Jay and all the staff here, I want to thank all of you for making Track’Em Tigers a part of your day. We know you have a lot of options out there, and it means the world to us that you make time for TET. Without your comments and opinions, we are nothing. That’s what makes this site unique from a lot of other Auburn locations.

We’re excited about covering another season of Auburn Football. And we’re looking forward to bringing our readers the best possible coverage we can of the Auburn Tigers!

War Eagle!
