Gene Chizik officially hired to be North Carolina's defensive coordinator

Chizik, who hasn't coached since he was fired from Auburn following the 2012 season, has been tabbed by Tar Heels' head coach Larry Fedora and athletic director Bubba Cunningham to fix North Carolina's defense.
