Friendship in face of loss helped forge Auburn's Sammie Coates into force off the field

Coates spends his off time in hospitals, visiting kids battling cancer like Ray. In the aftermath of home games, Coates likes to keep his post-game interviews short. He has people to see. People like Kenzie. That's how they met in the first place, after Coates struck up a friendship with the little girl after Auburn's win over Mississippi State last year.
