Link sAUsage: Fall. Practice. Starts. Today.

July 31, 2017

We are 33 days to kickoff, and that means fall practice gets underway today on the Plains.

Auburn players and coaches will take the field this afternoon, and each day we should get post-practice reactions from either Gus Malzahn, his assistants, or players. For the schedule of practices leading up to August 21, mash here.

As you can see, we’ll get to hear from the head coach and some players this evening just before 6 PM Auburn time, so we’ll have a rundown of what’s said later on tonight.

As for some individual players, check out this piece on Marlon Davidson and how he’s becoming one of the scariest players on Auburn’s defensive line (as if he wasn’t already), but if you look across the way you’ll see a transfer from Jacksonville State in Casey Dunn who’s also doing some big things in the trenches.

What about some of the unknowns for Auburn football at this point? You can read a few burning questions for the Tigers from al.com, and then a few differently-worded questions from the Decatur Daily.

Members of Auburn’s team are plenty excited for fall practice to start as well, and I imagine the milder weather this week in Alabama won’t hurt attitudes to start things off.

Elsewhere, let’s continue looking at Auburn’s opponents this year... now it’s time for the Dawgs. Georgia’s got to come to Auburn this year, and the Tigers have a major monkey to get off their back, beating Georgia just twice in the last ten years.

That’s it from around the internet for today! We’ll begin a look at each position group beginning today and continuing over the next week or so. Until then, War Eagle!
