When the Carolina Panthers and Minnesota Vikings kick off their NFL game at TCF Bank Stadium in Minneapolis on Sunday, the temperature is expected to be around 15 degrees. While not the coldest game in Carolina history - that bone-chilling honor goes to the 3 degrees for a 1997 game in Green Bay - it will be the coldest for the Panthers since Cam Newton became the Panthers' quarterback in 2011.
